Empower NeuroRehab provides day treatment rehabilitation services in the San Diego area to people recovering from a neurological injury. We offer both individual and group therapies provided by a multi-disciplinary team comprised of specialized clinicians in their fields of occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and neuropsychology.
